Sommelier, Patrick White, draws on over sixteen years of hospitality experience and a deep-seated passion for all things vinous to craft a constantly evolving wine selection chosen to complement Chef James Kidman’s food and enhance the Otto experience.

Being an Italian restaurant in an Antipodean setting, Otto’s list is primarily Australian, with a healthy lick of Latin flair. Otto offers an extensive and comprehensive selection from Australia and New Zealand’s finest boutique producers alongside hand-picked, high quality examples of Italy’s great wine styles.
 
With a climate controlled cellar; a generous and ever changing choice of wines available by the glass; and expert guidance at hand, you can be assured of finding a wine to suit the occasion, served in the pristine condition that the winemaker intended.
