Sommelier, Patrick White, draws on over sixteen years of hospitality experience and a deep-seated passion for all things vinous to craft a constantly evolving wine selection chosen to complement Chef Richard Ptacnik's food and enhance the Otto Ristorante experience.

Being an Italian restaurant in an Antipodean setting, Otto Ristorante's list is primarily Australian, with a healthy lick of Latin flair. Otto Ristorante offers an extensive and comprehensive selection from Australia and New Zealand’s finest boutique producers alongside hand-picked, high quality examples of Italy’s great wine styles.
 
With a climate controlled cellar; a generous and ever changing choice of wines available by the glass; and expert guidance at hand, you can be assured of finding a wine to suit the occasion, served in the pristine condition that the winemaker intended.
